Failed to Run the create extension Command and An Error Indicating No Permission Is Reported
Symptom
The create extension command failed to be run and the following error message was displayed:
1 | ERROR: permission denied to create extension "uuid-ossp" Hint: Must be superuser to create this extension. |
Possible Causes
GaussDB(DWS) does not support the extension feature of the PostgreSQL community.
