How Do Source Database Restarts Affect Composite Tasks?

During service usage, the operations such as capacity expansion and restart may be required for databases such as Oracle. The impacts of these operations on composite tasks are as follows:

  • If the database takes a short time to restart, the system retries a database connection and attempts to restore a task.
  • If the database takes a long time to restart during a composite task, an error will be reported. After the database is restarted, you must restart the composite task.
