How Do I Unfreeze a Frozen Instance?
If your account is in arrears due to the purchase of other products, ROMA Connect instances under your account will be frozen immediately and enter a 5-day grace period. You can renew your subscriptions within the grace period to resume the use of ROMA Connect. Otherwise, the ROMA Connect instances will be deleted when the grace period ends.
For example, if user A purchases another product after a ROMA Connect instance and does not top up the account in time, the account is in arrears. As a result, the ROMA Connect instance in the user account will be frozen. On the fifth day (the last day of the grace period), user A tops up the account, which brings the account back to the normal state. Then user A can continue to use ROMA Connect for the remaining 15 days. If user A does not top up the account, the ROMA Connect instances will be deleted after the grace period ends.
