What Are Support Plans?
Support plans are after-sales technical support packages for HUAWEI CLOUD services. A plan includes technical support for HUAWEI CLOUD products and solutions as well as architectures deployed using HUAWEI CLOUD products. Technical support is offered by response to service tickets, hotline, and enterprise IM groups. Four levels of technical support are available, which are Basic, Developer, Business, and Enterprise levels. Customers can flexibly select the levels based on the requirements for response time and services.
Support plans can be billed in yearly or monthly mode. If you subscribe to a Business or Enterprise support plan in yearly billing mode, you can enjoy additional services. HUAWEI CLOUD's support plans enable its technical engineers to proactively provide professional services, helping customers create more business values.
