Why Are No Recording Files Created After I Configured a Recording to OBS Template?
It is possible that:
- OBS authorization is not performed. Log in to the Live console. In the navigation pane, choose OBS Authorization to authorize access to the OBS bucket.
- Live authorization: allows Live to store recordings in OBS buckets.
- VOD authorization: allows VOD to manage recordings stored in OBS buckets.
- Cloud resource authorization is only available for the account, not for IAM users.
- The codec is neither H.264 nor H.265. Live supports the two codecs only.
