Is Downstream Traffic or Upstream Traffic Billed?
By default, downstream traffic is billed as follows:
Downstream traffic = Live video bitrate/8 x Time x Average number of viewers
If the ratio between the number of live streams and number of viewers is greater than 1:50, upstream traffic is also billed:
Upstream traffic = Live video bitrate/8 x Time x Number of channels
