How Do I Use Live? Do I Need to Create a Channel?
Conventional live streaming requires the encoder to push streams. Each live stream has a unique ingest URL, that is, the channel. Live does not need to create a channel in advance. In RTMP push, the StreamName field is added to LiveID. When a user requests to play a live video in a channel, LiveID is used as the unique identifier to meet different viewing requirements.
