Why Can't I See the Data Reported by a Device on the IoTDA Console?
On the IoTDA console, choose in the navigation pane, click View in the row of the device, and choose the Message Trace tab. Click Start Trace and see if any logs are displayed. If there are no logs, the data has not reached the platform. Check the network status of the device. If there are logs, locate the fault by checking the error information in the logs or submitting a service ticket to technical support.
