Does the IoT Platform Support Command Resending?
Yes, the platform supports command resending. If the platform does not receive an ACK message after sending a command to a device, the platform resends the command after 10s to 15s. You can see when the command was sent on the IoTDA console (to be specific, choose in the navigation pane, click View in the row of a device, and choose the Commands tab page). If the platform still does not receive an ACK message from the device, the platform resends the command after 20s to 30s, and tries again another 40s to 60s, and makes a final attempt after another 80s to 120s. If, after all four of these attempts, the platform has still not received an ACK message from the device, the command status changes to Timed out.
