What Do I Do If an Application Fail to Deliver a Command and Receives an Error Code 403?

  1. Log in to the IoTDA console, choose Resource Spaces in the navigation pane, click View in the row of a resource space, and view the callback URLs on the Subscription/Push tab page. Alternatively, you can call the API for querying subscriptions in batches.

    The IP address and port number of the callback URL of each subscription type under the same application must be the same.

  2. Check whether the callbackurl parameter carried when calling the API for creating a command is the same as the IP address and port number of the callback URL. If it is not, change the values so that they are the same.
