How Do I Know the Creator of Resources That Incurred Expenditures (Costs)?
You can enable Cloud Trace Service (CTS) as instructed in Enabling CTS to automatically track the operations and changes of all cloud resources under your account. The CTS console stores traces generated in the last 7 days. To store the traces for a longer time, go to the Tracker List > Configure > Configure Tracker page to transfer them to OBS by Configuring a Tracker.
