What Can I Do If the System Displays a Message Indicating Insufficient Permissions When I Access Cloud Eye?

Generally, the cause is that the IAM user account does not have sufficient permissions. You need to check the permissions configured on IAM.

  1. Use the HUAWEI CLOUD account to log in to the HUAWEI CLOUD management console.
  2. On the management console, hover over the username in the upper right corner, and choose Identity and Access Management from the drop-down list.
  3. In the navigation pane, choose User Groups.
  4. Expand details about the user group which the user belongs to.

    Check whether the group has the Cloud Eye permission.

    Cloud Eye provides a list of system policies, operations, and policy permissions. For details, see Permissions Management.

  5. If no, add required permissions to the user group. For details, see Creating a User Group and Assigning Permissions.
