Why Is "Uninstalled" Displayed After the Agent Is Installed on a Private Image?

Symptoms

After the server monitoring Agent is installed on an ECS that is created using a private image running Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter 64bit, the ECS Agent Status is Not installed on the Server Monitoring page.

The following information is displayed in the Agent logs on the client:

2019-11-15/03:13:14 [ERR] [heartbeat.go:73] 
Failed to send heart beat, so current heartbeat entity is dismissed.
2019-11-15/03:13:19 [ERR] [report.go:40] 
Failed to send metric, url is: https://ces.cn-south-1.myhuaweicloud.com/V1.0/05997b2b4600256e2fcdc00b2be3584f/metric-data, response code: 401, response body is: {"error_msg":"Incorrect IAM authentication information: calc aksk signature fail:signature expired, signature time:20191114T191319Z,server time:20191115T031322Z","error_code":"APIGW.0301","request_id":"2bcf5f0bf0964e928352a14dff7d30c0"}

According to the preceding logs, the signature time differs a lot from the server time. Therefore, it is suspected that the system time when the ECS is created using the private image is much different from that in the time zone.

Troubleshooting

Change the NTP server address of the ECS to the IP address of the HUAWEI CLOUD NTP server.
