Why Is the Monitoring Data Not Displayed on the Cloud Eye Console?
Possible causes are as follows:
- The service is not interconnected with Cloud Eye. To check whether a service has interconnected with Cloud Eye, see Cloud Eye and Other Services.
- The service has interconnected with Cloud Eye. However, the frequency for each service to collect and report monitoring data varies. Wait for a period of time.
- The ECS or BMS has been stopped for more than 1 hour.
- The EVS disk is not attached to an ECS or a BMS.
- No backend server is bound to the elastic load balancer or all backend servers are shut down.
- It is less than 10 minutes after a resource is purchased.
