Why the Cloud Eye Console Does Not Display the OS Monitoring Data or the Data Display Is Lagged After Agent Is Installed and Configured on an ECS?

After installing the Agent successfully, you need to choose Server Monitoring, and wait for 2 minutes. Then the OS Monitoring data will be displayed on the Cloud Eye console.

If Agent Status is Running, but no OS Monitoring data is displayed after you have waited for 5 minutes, check whether the ECS or BMS time and the console client time are consistent.

When the Agent reports data, it takes the ECS or BMS local time. When the console delivers requests, it takes the browser time of the user client. If the two times are inconsistent, no OS Monitoring data is displayed on the Cloud Eye console.

Run the following command to change the BMS time to the monitoring server time: timedatectl set-timezone 'Asia/Shanghai'
