How Do I Expand the Capacity of an EVS Volume?
Scenario
The EVS volume capacity is insufficient and needs to be expanded.
Prerequisites
The cluster has been connected to kubectl. For details, see Connecting to a Kubernetes Cluster Using kubectl.
Procedure
- Log in to the CCE console. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Workloads > Deployments or Workloads > StatefulSets.
- Click a workload name to access the workload details page. Choose Upgrade > Advanced Settings > Data Storage, uninstall the created EVS volume, and click Submit.

- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Resource Management > Storage. On the EVS tab page, click the EVS volume name to access the details page. Click the Storage Details tab, and wait until the status becomes Available.

- Click Service List and select Elastic Volume Service under Storage. In the EVS disk list, search for the volume name to find the EVS disk. Click Expand Capacity to expand the disk capacity.

- Remount the storage to the workload.
- Log in to the CCE console. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Workloads > Deployments or Workloads > StatefulSets.
- Click the workload name to access the workload details page. Choose Upgrade > Advanced Settings > Data Storage > Cloud Volume, and click Add Cloud Volume.
