Can the Memory Be Expanded for a Workload Deployed Using a Sample Chart?
Yes, it can. The following uses the redis chart as an example:
- Method 1: Customizing workload specifications during Redis deployment
During Redis deployment, customize the workload specifications. Such specifications include the number of master nodes, number of slave nodes, maximum CPU resources available to an instance, maximum memory available to an instance, minimum CPU resources required by an instance, and minimum memory required by an instance.
- Method 2: Expanding specifications after Redis deployment
- On the CCE console, choose Charts > Sample Charts in the navigation pane, click the Releases tab, and click the deployed Redis workload.
- On the details page displayed, three workloads have been successfully deployed. Click the to-be-scaled workload to view its details.
- On the Upgrade tab page, click
to re-configure the CPU and memory quotas and click Submit.
