Complete Multipart Upload
API Description
You can use this API to combine the uploaded parts in a specified bucket by using the multipart upload ID.
Method Definition
1. ObsClient->completeMultipartUpload(array $parameter) 2. ObsClient->completeMultipartUploadAsync(array $parameter, callable $callback)
