# 拨打呼叫
#### 应用场景
只有使用软电话模拟用户进行呼叫测试时才需要从软电话发起呼叫，正常外呼业务需要从座席接续条发起呼叫操作。
#### 前提条件
- 话机账号登陆注册成功。
 
#### 流程说明
调用OpenEyeCall的[startCall](https://support.huaweicloud.com/devg-openeye-cec/cec_05_1543.html)接口进行接听呼叫。
