# 邮箱没收到电子发票怎么办？
若邮箱没有收到电子发票，请从如下方面排查：
- 登录华为云，打开"[发票管理](https://account.huaweicloud.com/usercenter/#/userindex/invoiceCenter)"页面，从开票记录中检查发票状态。当状态为"已开票"时，华为云才会将电子票发送到客户在开票时设置的接收邮箱。状态为"开票中"时不发送。

- 登录华为云，打开"[发票管理](https://account.huaweicloud.com/usercenter/#/userindex/invoiceCenter)"页面，检查邮箱地址是否和开票时设置的接收邮箱地址一致？
