# InArrearOrInsufficientBalance
#### In arrear or insufficient balance.
**报错描述**
欠款或余额不足。
**报错原因**
账号欠费后，账号进入宽限期，您需要在[宽限期](https://support.huaweicloud.com/usermanual-period/zh-cn_topic_0086671074.html)内支付欠费金额。如果宽限期截止前未支付，那么资源会进入[保留期](https://support.huaweicloud.com/usermanual-period/zh-cn_topic_0086671074.html)，资源状态变为"已冻结"。

- 如果**请求方** 账号处于**欠费保留期**，则资源被冻结无法访问。
- 如果被访问的**资源归属的账号** 处于**欠费保留期**，则资源被冻结无法访问。
**处理建议**
- 如果请求方账号欠费，请给请求方[账号充值](https://support.huaweicloud.com/usermanual-billing/bills-topic_30000002.html)。
- 如果被访问资源归属的账号欠费，请给资源所属[账号充值](https://support.huaweicloud.com/usermanual-billing/bills-topic_30000002.html)。
